The tenancy consist of 3 rooms and a shared kitchen and bathroom. At the moment it is only possible to rent one room and not the entire tenancy.
There are meters for reading each apartments water and electrical utilities. Interior maintenance lies with the tenant. An inspection will be done at both move-in and move-out to determine the state of the tenancy.
The tenancy lease is a standard Type A formular and when the deposit is payed, the tenancy is secured.
